Sure, but remember your laptop's graphic card with be driving both the laptop screen AND the input for 4K. Anything graphics intensive may see lagging. I ONLY know this because I forgot to consider this type setup for my architectural, AND 3D CAD programs... Have at least a 2070 card. For simply a meeting, you should be good. If you have problems, try adjusting resolution. (Not sure if you can with your set?!).

Yes you can Both BT speakers have to be same brand if you use two
