“I've installed the included software CyberLink Media Suite 10, however WinX DVD Copy Pro stalls/stops at 3% and DVD Shrink stalls/stops at 0% copying movie DVD's. Is there some DVD copy software that works with this unit? Should I remove CyberLink?”

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Try these 2 programs... must get AnyDVD HD from RedFox . You can download it from their site and they continuously update to newer version for free. Also get 4Videosoft Blu-ray Ripper. It will convert to just about any digital format. Both work with DVD or Blu Ray.

It appears that you will need some assistance troubleshooting the issue. You may need to provide more information on how you are using the software. For example, "fit to disc" make take hours video programs that are longer than 70 minutes or ones that require re-encoding. You may need to burn to an ISO and not directly to the disc. Your anti-virus program could be hanging things up. There are so many things other than the software that could be stalling or stopping the copying.
