Please try again later.TV Mode essentially tells the drive to act as a USB mass storage device - it speaks the same protocol that any flash drive/external hard drive would. It doesn't handle content decryption for DVDs & Blu Ray discs in this mode. This mode is primarily meant for playing photos, videos, and music files that have been backed up on optical media. Also, because it just acts like a filesystem, supported media formats will depend on the TV/other device you're using; not the drive itself. If you want to plug a device into your TV and play Blu Ray discs, you'll have to use an intermediary device with support for Blu Ray media. For example, a Windows PC used with the included CyberLink Power DVD software would work.
