“So I bought this product and I want to burn my blu ray movies using MakeMKV but it doesn’t work it says the program can’t find any optical drives PLEASE HELP”

• I have the same issue. There are some troubleshooting steps that worked for others (not me). You can go into device manager and uninstall the drive as well as removing and reinstalling the IDE/ATAPI drivers (then restart). Also, you can try updating your registry. Like I said these steps didn’t work for me, but have for others.
