- Answer Hi Ledzepp. That will depend on if the USB ports on the PC/Laptop that you have the LG Slim Portable DVD Writer DVD Disc Playback & DVD M-DISC™ Support, Model # SP80NB80 connected to deliver enough power to drive it.Not all systems meet USB power requirements so you may need to use a USB "Y" cable with the unit if the USB port doesn't meet the requirements...^IFV

- Answer To remove a disc if button does not work, I believe if you unplug the writer usb cable and with a paper clip push it in the hole to the right of the eject button and disc tray should open.

- Answer The connector that plugs into the optical drive is micro, but the end that plugs into the computer is standard USB

- Answer Don't think so. It dose not say it plays blu ray so I'm pretty sure it wont. Most Blu ray players are much more expensive.
