Is this base compatible with a Maytag MHW3100 DW0? null

It is specifically for LG products. Check with Maytag to see what they have available for their products. The holes for the washer/dryer feet fit into holes in the base and screwed secure so you should get the base made for your washer/dryer to be sure that there are no problems for a secure fit.
