- Answer Hi Vivek. Like the USB ports on your TV, the USB ports on the LG Minibeam LED Projector with Built-In Battery, Bluetooth Sound Out and Screen Share, Model # PH550 will not recognize your 4 TB HDD. It is recommended that you use a USB HDD of 1 TB or less. The reason being that hard drives over 2TB use the GPT (GUID Partition Table) rather than MBR to format. MBR disks use the Legacy BIOS and support up to 4 primary partitions or 3 primary partitions plus 1 extended partition. MBR disks enjoy great compatibility and are supported by all Windows operating systems. GPT disks use UEFI BIOS and support up to 128 primary partitions in Windows. For disks with 3TB and larger capacity, GPT is the first choice. Booting from a GPT disk is not possible unless the system uses the UEFI rather than a legacy BIOS...^IFV

- Answer The LG Minibeam LED Projector with Built-In Battery, Bluetooth Sound Out and Screen Share, Model # PH550 can be mounted on a camera tripod that has a maximum load capacity or 3 kg or more or placed on a flat surface. IT does not have an option for ceiling mounting...^IFV

- Answer Will not work that way. You will have to press the button on the projector to turn it on.

- Answer I have projected 100+ inch blu-ray version of Avengers movie on my bedroom wall and picture was as bright as in a movie theater and image was razor sharp. I have also projected Word, Excel and PDF files on regular off white walls and text was legible and sharp. Hope this helps.

- Answer Randy it is very small and very light. It is 6 3/4" wide, 1 1/4' tall and 4 1/2" from the edge of the lens to the back ... 4 1/4" otherwise.

QuestionMy lg ph550 projector shuts down after various intervals. Sometimes it runs half an hour sometimes only a few minutes. The area is well ventilated and the shutdown timer is off What could cause this?

- Answer I am having the same issue. I am disappointed that after contacting LG I have been told that the cost of repair will be half of what the projector now sells for. My projector is two years old and has barely been used
