One battery is on your vacuum and the other is on the stand that plugs in. The battery in your vacuum will charge when you put it in its stand and the other battery charges in the stand as well and is full and ready when you need it. You are given two filters that can be washed.

It does come with a Battery Charger. Battery Charge time is 210 minutes. Maximum Runtime is 100 minutes. It is a Bag less unit so you don't need to order bags. `Jai.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I charged the batteries by placing them in the vacuum then docking it. When one charged then I swapped the battery out to the other one and re- docked the vacuum. It's not ideal, but it works.

And they are very easy to swap out with each other. The filters and everything just need to be rinsed with water once a month. I’m sure you could buy extras though.
