Hi there. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We understand your inquiry regarding the temperature accuracy of your LG Counter-Depth MAX 25.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Smart Refrigerator. Generally, a variation of approximately 1°C to 2°C (2°F to 4°F) is considered normal as the unit cycles to maintain efficiency. To ensure the most accurate reading, we recommend placing a thermometer in a glass of water in the center of the shelf for 24 hours. Your feedback is important, and we'd like to assist you further. https://www.bestbuy.com/product/lg-counter-depth-max-25-5-cu-ft-french-door-smart-refrigerator-with-dual-ice-stainless-steel/JJ8VPZRHWR For further assistance and any specific concerns you may have, please contact us on [email protected], and our team will be more than happy to assist you. —Renzo
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Temp is accurate.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I have used two different thermostats to monitor actual temp vs set temp. I have mine set to 33 which is the lowest possible setting. If I keep the frig closed for a couple hours at a time it will maintain the set temp (33) and if it gets opened and closed if may rise 2-3 degrees but then returns to set temp if I keep it closed for an hour or two. I was doing this to test it's ability to reach the lowest setting (33). Since I am now more confident that it is cooling properly I will probably raise the set temp to 34 or 35. They say 37 is ok but I like my food and water bottles a bit cooler. I am liking the water in the door and buy less water bottles now but the water in the door is not very chilled so you need to add ice.
