Hi there! Thank you for your question about the LRFOC2606S model. The depth measurement of 31 5/8 inches refers to the total depth of the refrigerator, which includes the doors and handles. For a counter-depth installation, it typically means that the refrigerator will align with standard countertops, which are usually around 25 inches deep. It’s important to ensure that there is enough clearance for proper installation. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, that’s accurate, this is a really big “counter depth”fridge, if you can even call it that.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. No, you are correct. That includes handles. It actually is a little further than that due to water line and cord space behind fridge.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.No….there are some refrigerators that specifically say “standard counter depth”. There are many refrigerators though that jut out past your counters. In my case this refrigerator is about 7” out from the edge of the counter. Keep in mind you should never push a refrigerator flush against the back wall, and this particular model has a water line connection in the back, so you couldn’t push it back flush anyway. Also by the refrigerator jutting out past the end of the counter top, it allows the side doors to open fully to each side.
