- Answer Thank you for reaching us regarding LG Refrigerator. The LG LRFOC2606S is a French door refrigerator with a bottom freezer. The "instaview" panel you mentioned lets you knock twice to light up the inside of the fridge without opening the door. The instaview panel works separately from the fridge doors. When you knock, it lights up so you can see inside without fully opening the door, helping to keep cold air in. However, the instaview panel doesn't open the door; you still need to open the door to access the fridge's contents. - Answer Do you mean the leveling feet? Taking the bottom hinges off the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 25.5 cu. ft. Smart InstaView® Counter-Depth Max French Door Refrigerator, Model # LRFOC2606S will not change the height of the refrigerator and the doors will not open without the bottom hinges. The leveling feet can be changed but then you will not be able to level the refrigerator which could lead to many other issues...^Ivan

LG is a multinational corporation that maintains manufacturing facilities all over the world and the only way to know the Country of Manufacture/Country of Assembly for the ENERGY STAR® Qualified LG 25.5 cu. ft. Smart InstaView® Counter-Depth Max French Door Refrigerator, Model # LRFOC2606S is from the nameplate on the right wall inside the refrigerator compartment that will show the Country of Manufacture/Country of Assembly, Date of Manufacture Voltage requirements, and the serial number. The first digit of the serial number is the year, the second and third are the month. The Country of Manufacture/Country of Assembly will also be displayed on the carton that the refrigerator is shipped in. This refrigerator was first available in the market on 06/10/2022 but they may be iterations of the refrigerator that were manufactured after the date when the refrigerator was first available in the market...^Ivan

- Answer It can be turned off and removed. If you are entertaining or use a lot of ice, the in-door ice capacity may not be sifficient.

QuestionLG Support says there is a CA Proposition 65 warning with this refrigerator. But there is no sticker or label on the refrigerator (required by federal law), or mention of Prop 65 in the manual. Where is the notification placed?
