Yes. Waited 3 weeks to get compressor replaced, and it didn't work. Wouldn't come back for 6 days to check. Called geek squad and complained, and they were great [ I had the extended coverage]. They said come in and get a new one. Yes, I bought the same refrigerator because I liked it, and because Best Buy took care of us. Thinking I shouldn't be unlucky twice.

If you were to have trouble due to the compressor within 5 years of the date of purchase, the repair cost would be covered. It also includes a 10 year parts only warranty for years 6-10. ^CP
