I just completed my review in which I commented on noise. Actually it would be more accurate to talk about the LACK of noise. It is so, so quiet. Cannot even hear it running. Only sound is a VERY muffled sound when the ice empties, and then by the 5 sec sound of water filling the trays.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.THIS REFRIGERATOR IS QUIET. THE ONLY THING I HAVE HEARD WAS THE ICE MAKER DROPPING ICE AND THAT WAS ONLY WHEN IT WAS NEW AS THE BIN FILLED UP THE NOISE BECAME UNNOTICEABLE.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.very Quiet never hear it running
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It's not terribly noisy. Though, it does run louder than our older model did.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Mine is so quiet that I really haven't noticed it turn on
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Although I can certainly hear when the fridge starts up, I don't find it particularly loud. My old side-by-side was MUCH noisier. Of course, one person's loud is another person's normal, so it's a pretty subjective opinion.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is very quiet on startup and operation.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Very quiet
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. We have the unit inside a built in spot with cabinets surrounding it and I don't think I've actually noticed it "running" yet. I actually think the sound of the water filling up the two ice makers is louder than the fridge itself. Definitely recommend this unit.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It seems pretty quiet particularly compared to the GE (made by Samsung) refrigerator it replaced. You don't hear the ice dropping and the compressor is "linear" which I think means it does not run very hard.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.
