I have lost my remote for my LG DVD player. I can control most of the functions but I don't know what to do to press play. Can you help me?

A replacement remote (Part # COV31736202) for the LG DVD Player with USB Direct Recording, Model # DP132 can be ordered from any LG Authorized Parts Distributor. However, you can use a universal remote if it has infrared codes that can be used to control LG DVD Players or if it can be programmed to control them. You will need to check the packaging or instruction manual for any universal remote to see if it says it can be used to control LG DVD players and what functions that particular remote will control. Some are limited in what functions they will control and others will control a few more functions but may not control all the functions that the original remote control is capable of...^IFV
