• To save a picture from your text message: Press and hold the center key when the picture is highlighted, then choose "save to gallery". ^CP

• I had to call into Verizon customer service and enable a feature allowing me to save photos and then I was able to do so by clicking and holding the main Select button. Yours may already be enabled to do this however.
