I haven't found the regular phone setting to be any worse than a typical headset earpiece. It really does work best when your eat is pressed directly against the screen. Obviously, speakerphone will be like any other speakerphone setting though.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It is louder than other phones. Not sure I'd go as far as to say privacy issue... Unless you are in a quiet room
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes everyone can hear glad that they kept the headphones jack i have to use headphones.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've found that I do have to adjust the volume to make sure I can still hear calls but it's not so loud as to be audible to others nearby. Once I found that level I don't think there is any greater risk to privacy than on other phones I've used (I can often hear the speaker on a colleague's iPhone). Volume coming through the screen does sound a little different though - with a little bit of an echo when held to the ear. I haven't found it to be more difficult to hear, but it is different.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. The display speaker directs sound toward you for a rich, immersive sound experience with a boost of clarity. And because the sound comes from the screen, the traditional call receiver is not needed. Now, hear calls easily & comfortably. We recommend checking out the G8 in person to ensure it meets your needs.
