    • Answer Hi Mikey. The LG gram 15.6'' Ultra-Lightweight Touchscreen Laptop w/ Intel® Core™ i7 processor and Thunderbolt™ 3, Model # 15Z990-R.AAS9U1 has two slots for RAM. The first slot has 8GB of RAM but it is onboard (i.e. soldered to the motherboard) and the second slot has 8GB which can be exchanged for 16GB for a total of 24GB...^IFV

    • Answer Although we list the hard drive for the LG gram 15.6'' Ultra-Lightweight Touchscreen Laptop w/ Intel® Core™ i7 processor and Thunderbolt™ 3, Model # 15Z990-R.AAS9U1 as an M.2 2280 SSD with a SATA3 interface, the M.2 is designed to use either legacy SATA mode or the newer PCIe modes but the drive will pick which one to use. The laptop has two M.2 slots in it with one labeled as MVMe x 4 and the other as NVMe x 2 so you can install PCIe NVMe SSDs. ^CP
