• Yes. The 8710 has a usb connection, a wireless capability and an ethernet connection. Once the printer is set-up, the computer can attach through the network as long as both are on the same network. If you need to, you can attach a USB cable to the printer and print without a network. The laptop has two usb C ports and 2 USB-a ports on the side.

• Good day to you Sam, Yes, the devices are compatible. Click Devices from the Settings menu. Click the Add icon next to the Add a printer or scanner heading. Windows will search for available printers. If all goes well, your printer will appear in the list. Hope this helps.
