“Which version of the Intel Arc graphics core does this unit have integrated? I searched for laptops with the Arc 140V version but the Best Buy search engine kinda sucks for this type of query... and can the RAM be upgraded to 32GB or is it soldered in?”

RAM is soldered in. Sorry. This uses the 255H processor so has the 140T graphics. To get the 140V you must step up to the intel 256V or 258V processor
