- Answer Carrier compatibility carriers include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, Cricket and MetroPCS. This device supports only Nano SIM cards. I do not if Best Buy would put the SIM or if the Jitterbug SIM would work with this phone. ^Daphane

- Answer Don't answer questions if you're clueless. The LG K31 is Volte compatible and the IMEI will show as compatible in Tello's website tool. How do I know? I just signed mine up with TELLO.
