Yes, this phone works with T-Mobile. I bought this phone in August 2017 when my old phone was no longer supported by T-Mobile and stopped working, and I'm now using the Unlocked LG K7 with my T-mobile account. I just had to call them and have a new nano SIM card mailed to me, since my old phone had a different type of SIM. (You could also get one in a T-Mobile store, I'm sure.) There was supposed to be a charge for the SIM card, but they waived it for me since I've been a long-time customer, and since I was without a phone for about a week when they stopped supporting my old one. It's a great phone, I'm very happy with it!
