I get the same issue once and awhile but I just change the channel and go back to it, it seems like it happens when a commercial comes on.

We apologize for the issues that you are experiencing with the ARC functionality when trying to get the audio through the LG 360W 4.1ch Music Flow Wi-Fi Streaming Sound Bar with Wireless Subwoofer, Model # SH7B. Try turn on ARC on your TV and then turning on SIMPLINK on your TV, it will allow ARC to work through HDMI and bring sound to your LG Soundbar. TV and the Soundbar take 2 - 3 minutes to setup and realize that ARC is on through SIMPLINK. You just need to be patient while they both detect each other.
