“Will the beeps or melody signaling the timer is done stop if I open the door quickly or do they continue after the door is open? My microwave keeps beeping but my girlfriend’s Whirlpool microwave shuts up if you quick open the door and that’s what I want”

• A melody signals the end of a cooking cycle. This melody does not last but a couple seconds. Opening the door does not stop this from happening. If you do not wish to hear the tone you can open the door prior to the timer hitting 0 seconds. ^CP
