QuestionHi, my LG NeoChef LMC0975ST microwave will not turn on. When I press start, the screen flickers for a couple of seconds but the microwave will never actually turn on. Help! How can I correct this issue? Thanks!

- Answer I have not had the problem you describe. I was a bit confused with the panel at first. But I discovered the touch bar on the outer door, which allows you to slide to the necessary time, up to almost two minutes, then I push start, and everything works well. It took me a bit longer to learn that the actual touch pad on the inside (with the door open) is used for actual programming, then you shut the door and push start.

QuestionThanks for the reply ,and I try before and nothing works,for instance I choose (24) hours when I get up in the morning it has military time display on the screen like (1300)hundred hours on then I has to set it all over again,I would love the normal clock

- Answer Once out of warranty, you're stuck. LG customer service will direct you to a repair center but you're better off replacing it. Sorry!

- Answer The oven is designed to operate on a Standard 120V/60 Hz household outlet. Be sure the circuit is at least 15 A or 20 A and the microwave oven is the only appliance on the circuit. It is not designed for 50 Hz or any circuit other than a 120 V/60 Hz circuit. No other electrical appliances or lighting circuits should be on this line. It has a rated power consumption of 1040 Watts. ^CP

- Answer Powder coating non scratch dark grey on the sides. Multi surface cleaner and a paper towel does an excellent job at keeping both surfaces clean.
