QuestionMy space is tight (19" wide) Will the door of the microwave take up more space when opened?

- Answer Yes, you'll need about 3/4" more, from what I found. Fully open, it's about half an inch more, but closer to 3/4" at one point during the swing open. I rarely open mine more than a third of the way open, just because of the awkward layout of my kitchen. The whole front acts as the door, so it has a very wide swing.

- Answer The LG 0.9 cu. ft. NeoChef™ Countertop Microwave with Smart Inverter and EasyClean®, Model # LMC0975ST is designed to be placed on a flat surface such as a kitchen countertop or a specially designed microwave oven cart. Do not place oven above a gas or electric range. There isn't a mounting bracket available for it that you can use to mount it under a cabinet. Free airflow around the oven is important. Allow at least 4 inches of space at the top, sides, and back of the oven for proper ventilation. All air vents should be kept clear during cooking. If air vents are covered during oven operation the oven may overheat. If this happens, a sensitive thermal safety device automatically turns the oven off. The oven will be inoperable until it has cooled sufficiently...^IFV

QuestionCan you turn the turntable feature off? We are planning to get square plates and I believe that the rotation would not work for those plates.

- Answer That’s probably not feasible unless the bowl or container is clear or translucent. Otherwise it’s unlikely you’ll be able to see over the lip of a tall bowl to confirm it’s boiling without opening the microwave door
