• The LG Rebel 4 has a full on screen keyboard without the 10 keys. Other keyboards can be downloaded from the Google Play Store. ^CP

• Yes full keyboard. I was able to keep minutes and service date from old Tracfone to this one. I did it on Tracfone website. They have live chat on their website.
