• Yes, the LG Rebel 4 can send and receive phone calls with a prepaid card and would be able to connect to the internet via wi fi only, if necessary. You might not need to use the mobile data function if you keep the device in range of the connected wi fi signal.

• Yes you can connect to your home WiFi and also any open unlocked guest sites such as restaurant's, stores, hospital's etc.

• We would recommend reaching out to TracFone regarding data usage. The Rebel 4 does have the ability to connect to your WiFi network for applications/internet and other data usage. ^CP
