• I looked into it and unfortunately the answer is no. I decided to purchase the refurbished anyway and have been very pleased.

• You can but its not worth it as warranty costs are like 50% of the price of the headset.

• Apple now owns beats. If your purchase is w/in a year, apple honor warranty. You can also ask apple about warranty extension as well. My experience was they have not yet come up with a care plan for beats. Hope this helps
