Love sound quality but callers say mic is NG at all

I love my headphones. The design is sleek and I love the look of them. They fit nicely around my neck, they are not too heavy and you don't even notice they are there. I have had the same headphones, when they were new and the refurbished ones are just as good... I love the retractable ear buds, this design is way better than the previous models, where the earbuds are magnet and sometimes just hang... They are magic. I dont know how I could function without them. I never leave home without them! They vibrate when a call is coming in, and I don't have to hold my phone to my ears to talk. I can listen to videos and music through them and the ear buds fit comfortably in my ears.

Has all your basic needs on the neck piece (volume, turn music on/off, change song etc) and the retractable ear buds are convenient! The neck piece is relatively pliable and light weight although it does take a little getting used to wearing (for me) love the HK sound, overall great product. The wires that hold the ears are somewhat delicate..especially if you have a cat -__- Still love the product.

As part as my wearable techs, I use it primarily in the office. Discrete when not having to worry about cords or sport Bluetooth headphones. Battery life is great. Wish it had a bit more bass but regardless, its a great pair of headphones

I have owned multiple LG Tone bluetooth headphones before and each was better than the last. This was my first one that had the retractable earbuds. Right off the bat, I noticed that the wires are extremely thin so that's cause for concern as I don't know how long it'll hold up but if I remember to retract it each time before taking if off my neck then it shouldn't be a problem. Sound isn't much improved. You can hear a slight difference between this version and previous versions. I mainly bought it because it was on sale refurbished and I wanted one that had the retractable earbuds. Battery life is not bad but it could also be since my was refurbished.

I was skeptical about buying a refurbished item, buy I have had no issues with it. Great sound, light, and very flexible.

I originally bought this same headset full price when it first came out. They snapped while I was taking them out of my bag. I was bummed but glad I had the insurance. I opted to try a new set. Nothing compared to the battery life and comfortability. I ended up returning 2 different sets. This refrurbished model came up and I bought it again! This time 1/4 of the original price. Highly recommend this to anyone!

FINALLY a headset made for me!!! I LOVE this!! I hate wires dangling or looping off the ear buds because anything catches on them. These are a great fit! You GENTLY pull the ear buds out until they fit how you want. When you need to put the ear buds away, just push the buttons on each side of the headset and they RETRACT!!! No wire mess!!! The sound is AMAZING!!!

The Bluetooth earbuds works well. Music sounds good. Phone mic could be better. It sounds muffle at times.

I purchased both the LG Tone Infinim and the LG Tone Platinum as refurbished. I was not surprised at the quality of them as they were both geek squad rebuilds and guaranteed by geek squad. I have never had any issue with anything from geek squad, they are a really good group of consumer friendly people and when they say it will work as new it does. The LG head sets though have minor design issues, 1 the platinum earbud cords are about an inch shorter than the infinims. When I pull the cords all the way out and insert buds into my ears the wire kind of pulls at the neck piece, the infimims are just right length. The phone use of the platinums is way better I think the infinims only have 1 mic as where the platinum's have 2-4 I believe. as the infimims are way louder for listening to music the platinum's are better for phone and talk to text use. Both can hook up to more than 1 device and both can change the song on my Samsung galaxy 7 which is nice when you are riding the a Harley and a song comes on slacker radio or on your recorded MP3's you would rather not listen to, you can just skip it with the touch of a button. All and all I would like to find a set that has the phone quality of the Platinums with the sound of a Slayer concert, its hard to hear the music over my pipes when I blast bot the music and the exhaust. Would I buy them again? yes. Would I recommend you do? NO . Leaves More for me. Never give away a good thing.

These headphones are amazing! They have excellent battery life, the retractable cord for easy storage. The overall design and casing is slim and light which makes it easy to wear and you can easily forget you have it on you. The audio quality is great for the price! Love them!! These are my second pair!

This my second pair of LG Bluetooth headphones. The first pair (HBS-750) served me well until I forgot to take them out of my pocket before I washed! The sound quality of this pair is superior to my old set. Battery life is remarkable.

I have had three pairs of LG tone headset. Each time I have changed it is to get a better model. Not because of any issue with the device. As a matter of fact, before I purchased this latest set, I thought that I would do a large upgrade to a different brand. That was a huge mistake on my part. I purchased; Jaybird, Sony, Bose and Beats. None of which had the complete package of great sound and functionality found in the LG. You would think that to incorporate things like reading a text message while connected or being able to transcribe a text through the headset would be a given in these days. You would be wrong if you thought that. And the worst of the bunch in this regards is the Beats, which incidentally are the most uncomfortable headphones I have ever worn. I am sold on this brand. I will never purchase another. Thank you LG for making a stellar product. By the way, my previous two pairs I gifted to other people. They still use them.

Great price for refurbished headphones that looks just like new. Sound quality is great. My only wish is that the headphones had longer range/distance from the cell phone in regards to usage. I've never bought refurbished before and I must say I'm happy with my purchasse.

After reading reviews here, I tried my luck by ordering the open box version of this. Yes, there is no medium size ear plugs in the box, only small and large sizes, so consider this if you want to buy open box. Otherwise, no problem with the product. It looks brand new and works flawlessly. The sound quality is very good.

i really love these headphones. they feel sleek. and its really useful if you spend lot of your time driving. its hands free so you can focus on driving without paying attention to any cables. the only reason i didn't give it 5 stars is that the mic might be not clear sometimes when you`re calling another person.

I just bought the TONE INFINIM Wireless In-Ear Behind-the-Neck Headphones and I love them! I use them all the time! I love when I turn them on it tells me the strength of the battery. they fit great around my neck and the ear buds fit great in my ear.

Definitely worth the price. I have tried different bluetooth and one of the major concern were after wearing for few hours usually it caused pain in the ears. Didn't see that issue with this bluetooth. Doesn't drop calls and connects easily to any device.
