“It being refurbished what is the condition of the earphone?”

• The condition of the earphone is near brand new as it is refurbished, but you really can't tell if they were refurbished once you take a close look at it. When I bought mine ,at first glance it was like opening a brand new pair. The only (small) gripe was that there weren't any earphone gel buds attached to them but there were some in the box so it wasn't that big of a deal.

• I bought a refurbished pair of beats wireless headphones and they looked like new - to include new ear fittings.

• When Best Buy takes an item back on return, refurbishes the item, it is sold again at a lower price, with a limited warranty. The item is almost just like new. If it was not sellable, Best Buy would not have sold it at all. It's a guarantee!
