So its not installed correctly. Obviously a drum spinning as fast as these spin is gonna shake. Its Physics friend. But it says clearly that the installation feet need to be both or either depending on your floor situation heavily scrutinized to avoid the sound of shaking. If you've done it yourself you've done it wrong. Ive had several of these machines and while they may take a year to dry a pair of jeans... given some love and attention they do not shack anymore than a dishwasher does. Or put it on a flat secure dolly. Think thats a bad idea? The shack dissipates significantly with the addition of wheels.

Please try again later.It depends on the load.The first load I tried was fairly light, but I think the items were not similar in weight, so it shook more than others since then. I've found that if I put in certain things, it's unbalanced and shakes when it doesn't shake with other more balanced loads. I have to play around with it a bit to learn what works and doesn't work.
