“Does the dry cycle produce heat? in other words, should the dry clothes feel warm after they're done drying?”

• Yes. Not necessarily piping hot but definitely very warm. It doesn't heat up quite as much as a condenser model though. Perhaps think in terms of a vented one on a low setting in terms of temperature, though it really works more through dehumidification with the heat pump.

• Yes, the dryer uses heat to dry the clothing. The Drying Technology is Inverter Heat Pump Drying. ^Daphane
