This happens to mine as well, haven't been able to fix it. They just tell you to hard reset it. Its driving me crazy

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Check the Auto Volume setting, press the button on the remote and you can toggle it from On to Off. You might like Auto Volume best OFF if it is dropping too low on its own.
