“Washing...Tumbling?? OK I've had this washer for 5 days and what seemed simple to use I felt confused and concerned when I went to use it last night. I'm used to top loading washers with agitation. My front loading washer I understand tumbles. But it doesn't tumble at a speed that looks like it's being washed at all. I'm wondering if that's normal or is the tub itself off balance. I do understand that the water isn't necessarily visible either when it's washing. Also, my clothes didn't smell clean (2 twin blankets and my son's football uniform). What's normal for this machine? Anywhere I can see an actual online video demo??”

It does tumble slowly, and you may not think it's cleaning the clothes, but it is. Here's an unrelated tip: be sure to wipe the door seal down after each wash to keep the machine from ever becoming smelly (from mold or bacteria).
