QuestionAfter inserting the disc, why does the movie not begin at the very beginning of the movie but about two minutes into the program? How can I make it begin at the very start of the DVD? The device is a a HDMI.

- Answer It will do this if you've already started watching the movie. It has a memory so you can pick up where you left off. There should be an option if you want to play from the current location or start from the beginning. At least it's that way with Blu-ray discs.

- Answer If purchased at best buy it’s not region free. Some companies upgrade them aftermarket and sell them region free. They are a lot more expensive that way normally about $100 more.

- Answer This is not a region free or a multi region player. Some companies do upgrade and sell them that way. 220-electronics is the one I use. It may play some discs of a different region if it is not locked to that region. However most discs are locked and will not play on this player from Best Buy. This one plays plays region 1 and region A only
