“Install instructions for LSHD3089BD (pg 10) says maximum ceiling height is 118" (9' 10"). LG website says "Accommodates Ceilings up to 9'6"". Which one is correct? I need 9' 10"”

The difference of 4" listed for the ceiling heights that the LG STUDIO 30'' Wall Mount Chimney Hood, Model # LSHD3089BD accommodates on our product page and in the owner's manual may be due to the differences between the minimum ducted hood height (27") and the minimum recirculated hood height (31").
