“I been having my Lg stylo 5 for 2 months now and its stuck on mute anytime i make a call it automatically go on mute even if I put it on speaker can you please help?”

Kandy, I am not sure why that is happening. I would check your settings to make sure you have the sound button on. Other wise I would call LG or take it back you should have a year warranty.

We regret to read that your LG Stylo™ 5 | Unlocked, Model # LMQ720QM is stuck on mute. A corrupt app can cause the phone to lock up. Some apps are constantly running in the background.
