A:Answer The same question can be answered by answering the question...should your phone be charged when the battery is dead? If you wait until the battery is dead to charge the device, studies have shown make the battery last longer. But my personal opinion, if you think that the device isn't going to last you throughout the duration of which you plan to use the device, then charge it.
