• It is included with the volume slider. You hold it for few second and it skips tracks.

• The forward and reverse are controlled by using the volume button.

• You must hold down the volume slider to fast forward and reverse. Admittedly, not the greatest implementation, but it does work.

• No, the fast forward and reverse buttons are not included in the headset.

• Please return it and by a Sony or Bose set.....LG is not worthy of your time or money...

• Try holding down the next or previous button. It will fast forward as long as you have the button held down. Some devices support this option others may not.
