Slide the rack into the dryer to where it runs back to front. Should 'clip' in to where the tub spins around it. Be sure to fill the water/steam reservoir with tap water (do NOT use distilled water as it can mess up the system), then select the "Steam Sanitary" mode. Both of the steam modes work beautifully (on my unit anyway) and I plan to use the rack to clean baseball caps, shoes, and any delicate items that I don't want to be tumbled.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. You just set your shoe on the included drying rack so the shoe does not spin. The dry itself still spins but the rack keeps the shoes from not tumbling and the hot air is what dries it.
