“this LG was delivered last Saturday but the delivery guy said that it will not fit. my washer dryer is on the 2nd floor i dont think its an issue to have a front load machine at that level. i think it can fit. what else do you recommend?”

I had the same experience. My delivery guy said the same thing so I refused delivery at that time. I had already researched the width, depth, and height and it would fit, but I hadn't factored in the hoses at the back of the machine. So I went to the store and looked at the backs of the machines and asked about the additional space needed at the rear of the machines. With the washer, I think there's about 1 to 2 inches that you need to add to the depth and the dryer should add to the depth about 3 to 4 inches. Then I had the machines redelivered since I knew the machines would just be a tighter fit in the space.
