The Steam Feeder needs to be filled and the drawer must be fully closed and only tap water should be used. The steam feeder cannot be filled with hot water (over 86°F/30°C)...^IFV

• No, it has to be manually filled with tap water. Easy process, you just have to fill it each time you plan to use the steam function.

• Add filtered tap water to unit, very easy, don't use distilled water or water that has anything in it, it says to use tap water, preferably filtered.
