Super quiet and speedy. No setting for 'colors'. Not sure what to do about that. Settings for everything else, including 'Sanitary'. We have a special needs in the house and this is really important to have sanitary. We are running two of these washers and two of the matching dryers, stacked. With a busy family, I can't tell you the dividends of stacking two sets of washers and dryers. Forget the fancy car. Of all the 'dream' purchases you make in life, if you have a family, get a laundry room with 2 sets of stackable washer dryers like these. For what you spend, it will be the biggest time saver you ever invested in, and they take up as much floor space as a single washer and dryer. We now mow through laundry like washer gods. Not even an issue any more. Of course we had to redo our plumbing to have two water sources and two vent sources. You can see the picture of the work in progress. They weren't finished with the laundry room yet when I took the pic but we had weeks of laundry to do and I had to get started!

We love the variety of cycles to choose from for various fabrics. It cleans well, is efficient and QUIET. My kids now love to do their own laundry! Be sure to wipe out the tub gasket after every wash!

I converted from electric to this gas dryer and love the savings. It has many features and cycles that protect all of our fabrics. The steam cycles eliminate ironing shirts as well as freshen up down comforters. My kids (6 and 10) love doing their own laundry!

Delicate cycle doesn't thoroughly dry in 1 cycle. Clothing has gotten damaged over multiple occasions the last 2 years because of the faulty workmanship of the lint filter trap cover and removeable lint screen. See attached photos. Lint screen doesn't sit flush with the lint trap cover and has caused clothing to get caught on the corner. Numerous times of this happening has caused the lint trap cover grate corner to break and create another spot for clothing to get caught on. Destroyed multiple pieces of clothing! Contacted LG and surprise, replacement part or service not covered past the 1 year warranty although it is obviously defected parts. Just do a Google search, there are many with these same lint trap issues. Buyer beware.

Wow. I didn't know what I was missing until purchasing my new dryer. This dryer is efficient and dries my clothes just right, not over drying, nor under. It has many settings too. There is also a steam function that I used once on a wrinkled skirt. This function might be good for wrinkled shirts that needs to be ironed right away. Not sure how much I will use that function. The dryer is not loud and plays a jingle when it's done. I am happy with this purchase. My last dryer was not very good. I should not have waited so long to purchase this new one. Needless to say this was a good purchase.

My dryer died and it was too old to bother with repairing. I decided to upgrade both the washer and dryer for greater energy efficiency and new features. I've had them since July and am very happy with both of them. The dryer does a much better job than the old Maytag that it replaced. It holds more clothes, it's easier to load and unload, and you get a lot of control over temperature, dryness level, fabric type, etc. Even though there are a lot of options, the controls are fairly intuitive and the manual is easy to follow. Clothes come out less wrinkled, too. It's very quiet and does the job without any problems.

This dryer does all that it needs to do, without being overpriced and including features most people won't need. It is not the top of the line, but it has great capacity and dries loads quickly. The anti-static feature works great, removing the need to use dryer sheets for those that are allergic to them. It also has a feature that tumbles the load after it dries to keep the clothes from getting too wrinkled in case you wont be there to take them out right after they are finished. It is quiet, and attractive. With Best Buy's price matching, I found them to be the best deal around over all, even beating out Costco. They even threw in a 3 year extended warranty!

This is a great dryer. Only minor complaint is that you have to use "more dry" on the towel cycle. Might just be my machine. Other than that, I can say its the best dryer I've ever owned.

Let's be honest here first of all...I'm not the primary user for this product. I'm incredibly lucky to have a very supportive wife. This review is based on what she tells me, really nothing more. Initial impression is that there is a learning curve after coming from another brand. You get used to certain things, and they may or may not be on the new one. Once getting through the basics, the dryer has proven to be efficient and quiet. There are a lot of options for drying and not all have been tried. The steam option does make a difference especially with static. At this point all is well and the experience positive. Would recommend the unit.

The dryer is the best dryer we have ever owned. The clothes come out wrinkle free. The dryer is also super quiet and dries very quickly.

Dryer works well, is quiet and efficient. Easy to use and like the automatic stop when clothing is dried.

I am in love with this dryer. It's big, quiet & the steam feature really works. If I leave clothes in too long, I just hit the steam cycle & in about 13 minutes the wrinkles are Gone! There is an app, but I see what the purpose is. Got it as an "open box" and it was a steal.

I'm very pleased to return to the LG brand for both my washer and dryer. The installer, Ahmed, and his assistant were thorough, very careful, and provided full training to use the machines. I love the matching pair of white appliances in the laundry room. They are quiet, efficient, and nice looking.

ONLY HAD THIS ONE WEEK, BUT IT IS TERRIFIC! we're learning the different settings but will probably settle on one or two for the duration. It is quiet, it dries clothes and materials beautifully, it has a interesting ending signal. It dries big, heavy loads or small light loads easily and quickly.

This large capacity dryer has 12 cycles along with temperature and drying level overrides. Drys quickly without scorching fabrics. Runs very quietly. Money saver. Gas fuel is less expensive than electricity. Also, there’s no electric coil to burn out.

The dryer works great. Fast dry time and if use steam, clothes come out wrinkle free. Very happy with this dryer that we purchased. May want to buy stands or make them yourself like we did.

Drier: Dries! Short programs are useful! End signal can be adjusted. I like it. The problem is if you want to leave the door open, I do, the light stays on too! You can not turn off the light if the door is open. Not a loud machine! I got a white one I like it! Washer: It has many programs and I haven't used all of them. I do smaller loads in short wash and they come out clean. I think the shortest wash was about 15-20 min! The items don't get tangled up very much and not wrinkled very badly. The ending signal can be standar or musical both nice. The signal volume can be adjusted that I use! It doesn't require much detergent to clean. I have not added bleach to any washes! I don't use a powder detergent so I can not rate that. I got a white one and I think it looks nice. Very large capacity that I may need in the winter time with large items! I like it.

I'm reviewing this washer and dryer combo together. I used to have a cheap-y stackable washer be dryer and I had to do about 4 loads a week and I felt it took all day! Now I can fit about 2-3 of those loads in this new washer/dryer and get it all done so much faster! I love all the various pre-set settings and it's nice to know when each cycle is complete with its little jingle. I was a bit concerned about the mildew issue that's prevalent in front load washers, but it's awesome that this washer has a magnet that keeps the door propped open a bit to let it air out. I haven't had it long enough to know if it's helped, and I've been making sure to dry out the extra water left at the door seal, so we'll see how that goes. So far it's been a game changer and I find myself wanting to do even more laundry and more often because it's so much simpler.

This dryer is the best. Very efficient, many great options for cycles, quiet, and lovely chimes indicate when it is finished. Large drum. Overall, a great design and product.
