Q: QuestionMy clothes are always wam/steamy at the end of a cycle - including cold wash. What is the problem here? We have checked the hoses during the cycle and the hot and cold are functioning properly

If yor hoses are connected properly and you have checked to make sure that the water coming out of your cold water tap is actually cold and check that the hoses aren't mis-labeled. Q: QuestionIs there a load weight limit?I've had this model for about 9 months. Today, washing a throw rug, the washing refused to spin, showing the error code "UE". I rearranged the load, tried starting the cycle over with more items (some towels) and tried a manual spin cycle with just the heavy, wet rug. In all cases, the washer would start to spin, stop, then try again, sometimes in the other direction. After some 20-30 minutes, it would stop trying and display the "UE" code again. Is there a weight limit I've come up against? (I could swear I've washed this rug and others like it in this washer before.) Or am I seeing some kind of fault in the unit?

• A:Answer Little 'u' code is 'uneven load' and the machine will try to re-balance. Big 'U' and the rebalance failed. Not so much of a weight issue as uneven weight. Try putting some towels in with it.. I have never run across a weight limit with my machine but I have never tried to wash bricks either. Throw rugs and king size comforters have gone OK for me.

Q: QuestionIs there an option to select/unselect steam during different cycles?How long does it take if steam option is selected during normal wash cycle? It automatically senses loads, so does speed wash cycle work for heavy loads?

• A:Answer Stem option adds about 10-15 minute to it. For heavy loads the speed wash cycle wlll still take longer time.

Q: QuestionWhy does the inside of the washer drum not look the same as in store or on the online photos?My WM3570HVA washer was delivered yesterday. I noticed that the plastic paddles do not go all the way to the back of the drum like the in store display or the photos on line. Did the appearance of the drum change ? The inside of drum looks like the LG WM3370HVA model not like the WM3570HVA model.

• A:Answer The photo is weird and hard to tell how far back they go, but in mine, delivered last month, the paddles stop about 1.5 inches from the back wall.

• A:Answer Hi, the LG - TurboWash 4.3 Cu. Ft. 12-Cycle High-Efficiency Steam Front-Loading Washer, Model # WM3570HWA is desgined to be stacked on its matching gas or electric dryers, model #s DLGX3571W and the DLEX3570W and you would need the Stacking Kit Model # KSTK1 to stack the units. Both the Washer and Dryer have a width of 27" and since the DLE3170W Dryer also uses the same Stacking Kit and alos has a width of 27", you should be able to stack it on the WM3570HWA washer...^IFV
