I've had this washer for a month and I haven't had any issues with clothes being tangled together when I pull them out. When I put the clothes in initially, I make sure that they are layered and not just tossed in as a whole. Maybe that helps. Good luck.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, clothes get knotted together.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. This has been a problem since I’ve had this machine and service man said LG knows this happens it because it agitates too much. This machine has ruined my longsleve tshirts where they keep tangling and tangling during cycle and the dirt embedded in the twist never get rinsed and then on top of that it stretches the sleeves because they’re so knotted and then spin. Worst most expensive machine I’ve ever had. Plus never has enough water to cover clothes to clean good, with every cycle I have to use add water feature 3x thats the max. Going back to a frontload at least the clothes tumble!
