“Does LG have the installation software online? My C Drive on my laptop no longer works and cannot read discs (hence why I need a new one). Does this device need a CD to install the drive or can that be found on LG's website?”

It should be just a quick download from LG's site. But as far as I know the software will install itself when you plug in the drive.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I installed the drive on my Windows 7 Dell laptop, the LG DVD external drive installed without the need for additional drivers. The LG website does have drivers if you are using a different OS/version.
