As long as you are running a windows OS on your lenovo pro 3, and you have an available USB port, this will work.

I am using it with a Lenovo Edge 2 - 1580 laptop/tablet computer running Windows 10 and have not had any issues.

Yes...will work with any computer/laptop that has a USB port. Works fine and very compact and great price. Is NOT BluRay...just standard CD/DVD RW.
