• Yes, it comes with a built-in camera, mic and speakers. It has 4 usb-c ports, one of which is a thunderbolt port to connect to a MacBook Pro. That's the only connection you need to power the MacBook and use the display.

• If your computer has Thunderbolt 2 (which is what the Apple Thunderbolt Display used) it cannot connect to this monitor, which requires Thunderbolt 3. And no, Adapters won't work in this case.
