Q: QuestionI have a 2014 Mac Book Pro with HDMI output only. Can I use it with an adapter (HDMI to USB Type-C)? Could it damage my computer if the monitor tried to supply power to my MacBook Pro through the powered USB Type-C connection when I use an adapter?

- A:Answer no, you cannot. you must have Thunderbolt 3 to use this monitor. HDMI will not work.

Q: QuestionI just purchased a Asus Zenbook pro duo that has a usb c thunderbolt 3 display port. With this monitor work? I already own the monitor for use with my MacBook Pro and love it. Just didn’t want to buy another monitor.

- A:Answer This will not work with your iPad. it will work with one of the M1 or M2 iPad Pro models.

Q: QuestionI currently have an iMAC 27" Retina 5K, 2017 model. Will this work as a second monitor for this? Can I use this as an extended desktop and video mirroring? I would hate to spend this much, and find out it won't support this.
