“I went to settings and it says 60 hz. Why when it is a 144 hz monitor. Is there something I have to do to fix it?”

I have the same observation for my dual monitor setup with different refresh rates (144Hz + 60Hz). Apparently this is a problem with Nvidia/Windows. Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Its my understanding that you must be using the DP cable that came with the monitor. My laptop does not support DP so I was unable to exceed 60 hz with an HDMI cord. If you have the DP cord plugged in to both monitor and computer you should be able to adjust your settings to get the higher hz.
